High-odds football predictions this weekend

Girona hosts Feyenoord in Catalunya in a match from the second round of the Champions League’s league stage. Let’s see what we can tell you about it in these High-odds football predictions this weekend. Are you ready?

In their first ever appearance in the Champions League, Girona had the tough task to start their campaign against PSG in Paris. The Catalans actually had a good game, but they suffered a 0-1 defeat at the Parc des Princes. The goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga had the bad luck to score himself an own goal.

At this moment Girona are struggling with their form. They are without a win in their last five matches in all competitions.

Last weekend Girona faced Celta Vigo in La Liga, but only got a point with a 1-1 draw away from home. Yangel Herrera put Girona ahead, but Iago Aspas scored a late equaliser for Celta.

Feyenoord also lost their first match in the competition for this season. The Dutch giants hosted Bayer Leverkusen in Rotterdam, but conceded four times for a 0-4 defeat. Brian Priske’s team certainly didn’t perform in the way the fans wanted. But now they have the chance to do much better on Wednesday.

Last weekend Feyenoord made the exact same result in the Dutch Eredivisie – 1-1 against NEC. Feyenoord were actually close to losing this one, but Jordan Lotomba managed to equalise in the 88th minute for Priske’s team.

Feyenoord are not doing well since the departure of Arne Slot and the arrival of Brian Priske. Now it remains to be seen how much time Priske will get from the board.

That’s the High-odds football predictions this weekend for the Champions League clash between Girona and Feyenoord. Both teams have problems since the beginning of the season, and both are looking for first points in the competition. Let’s see how this one will go.
